AK Performance started with a simple frustration: too many shops treat you like you’re either an expert or a mark. Owner Andrew McLorance built AK to be the third option, a shop that knows vehicles cold and treats the people who own them even better. Since 2025, that’s exactly what we’ve done out of Rexburg: gas and diesel, daily drivers and full builds, anything with wheels.
In practice, it comes down to straight talk and clean work. We’ll tell you what needs fixing now and talk you out of repairs that can wait. We won’t push an upgrade just to pad a ticket. And when you get your vehicle back, you’ll see the difference. The work we did looks cleaner than the rest of the motor, with no grease or mess left behind.
